War Story #18
Business Type: Public Relations Firm
Challenge: Conflict, disorganization, slow growth
Work Performed:

Management coaching, team building, business planning

Benefit Provided:

Harmony, organization, growth, happier owner

Long-term Result:

Poised for rapid growth with greater capacity to support profitability

This successful firm had "hit a wall" after more than 15 years of operation. It's owner was not able to take the organization to the "next level" of growth. While the staff was committed to the owner in principle, there was still a lack of "team spirit/unity" between the workers and the owner based upon interpersonal behavior.

The owner knew that he could develop more new business but was not confident that the firm was ready to handle such growth in an effective and efficient manner -- and in a manner that would enhance "happiness" for everyone.
