Happier
owner and staff; improved efficiency |
This financial planning firm has successfully
served a "niche" clientele for over 20 years. However,
its owner and staff were experiencing "growing pains".
The old methods of operation and organization were not meeting the
needs of the staff or of the owner. Communication between the
owner and some staff was becoming disruptive.
After
examining the operations, new methods of handling paperwork,
organizing workloads, and interpersonal skills were developed that
significantly reduced stress and enhanced client service and
organization.
